About

If you would like to have a blog, then sign-up here. Your URL will be eyedoctorblogs.com/YOURUSERNAME

Eyedoctorblogs.com is meant for optometrists and ophthalmologists to have a community place to blog. The site is maintained by the benevolence of Dr. David J. Langford, O.D. While I will try to maintain the site in good working order, you may use this blog hosting service with no guarantee whatsoever (see the Terms of Service). I don’t guarantee uptime. I don’t guarantee that your data/writings will be there tomorrow. I don’t guarantee support. I don’t guarantee anything.

Therefore, eyedoctorblogs.com and Dr. David J. Langford, O.D. are not responsible for any loss or some other unfortunate experience that could happen.

Also, your blog/site can be deleted and anytime, for any reason, and without any notice. Things that will get your site deleted is becoming a “splog,” displaying pornography, and printing libel/slander. Also, if I have reason to believe you are not a real eye doctor (or at least a student enrolled in optometry school or ophthalmology residency) then your blog will be deleted.

Since your blog could be deleted by accident or on purpose at anytime and without any warning, then you would be wise to make back-ups of your entries.

You can blog on this site for free, and you get what you pay for. If you have a blog hosted somewhere else that guarantees a better terms of service, then send me a link (david at eyedoctorblogs dot com), and I’ll try to add you to my blog roll.

If you have a wordpress theme request, then feel free to e-mail me only very occasionally the name of it and the designer’s website to david [at] eyedoctorblogs (dot) com. Whenever or if ever I get around to it and if I like the theme, then I could possibly add it to the list of theme choices.

Also, everything should work about this WordPress µ installation, but if something is not working, don’t bother to e-mail me. Try to use your own Google kung fu. I’m not offering support right now. I’m a busy optometrist.
